2. Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Shipping & Service Areas

We currently ship across India. Orders are dispatched within the stated timeline mentioned on the product page. Delivery delays due to courier partners are beyond our control but we’re always here to help.

4. Exchanges & Damage Policy

We do not offer returns at this time. However, exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of order delivery only in cases of:
Damaged or broken products
Incorrect item delivered

To be eligible, a clear package opening video is mandatory. Please contact us via email or Instagram within the time frame for assistance.

5. 30-Day Colour Replacement Guarantee

Our products are backed by a 30-day colour replacement policy. If your jewellery fades within this period, reach out to us with proof, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please note:
The jewellery will only be replaced if no signs of physical damage are visible.
The replacement will not be applicable if the product has been exposed to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents that compromise its coating.
A clear video proof will be required to process the claim.

6. Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal data you provide (email, phone number, delivery address, etc.) is used only to fulfil your orders and keep you updated. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Updates & Changes

Irysh reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
