1. Is your jewellery waterproof or sweat-proof?

Our jewellery is water & sweat resistant, but we recommend avoiding direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to maintain its shine and colour for longer.

2. What materials do you use?

We use high-quality base metals like 304 and 316L stainless steel with premium 18k gold plating. Most pieces come with a PVD coating for lasting finish.

3. How long will the plating last?

With proper care, our plating lasts 24-36 months or more.

4. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favourites to cart, and checkout using a secure payment method. 

5. Do you ship all over India?

Yes! We currently offer pan-India shipping through our trusted delivery partner.

6. Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery but there is a nominal fee to avoid any discrepancies. 

7. How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, your order will reach you in 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

8. How can I request an exchange?

If you received a wrong, defective, or incorrect size, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Just contact us via Email, Instagram, or our website, and share a clear unboxing video .

9. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges are available in case of defects, wrong items, or sizing issues.

10. How do I care for my Irysh jewellery?

Store your jewellery in a dry place, preferably in the pouch provided. Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use. A jewellery care guide is sent with every order to ease your task.
